Casa 100 is situated in the popular Quinta da Bela Vista estate up on the hill behind the Ocean Club in Luz. It is approximately a 15 minute walk in to the village and a hire car is a recomended addition to your holiday. There is ample parking on the road by the villa even during peak periods.- Pool and Garden
The 8 x 4 metre pool is to the rear of the property and is accessed from either of the two rear bedrooms, or down the steps from the first floor balcony. Ample sun loungers and other garden furniture is located around the pool. There is a shallow and a deep end to the pool, which are clearly marked and whilst it is unheated there is a pool cover which can be used at night to retain the heat.
There is a grassed garden area down the side of the property which is suitable for children's ball games, paddling pools, etc
